This is my files to get ftp access
I have dump the cd image last week,and I have uploaded the (.mds/.mdf)files with a scan photo.I found we haven't got the (.mds/.mdf) of this build.We only have the (.iso)files and it may not anoriginal release,So I try to uploaded them.

Are you on a PC or Mac? Also please provide better artwork than a 720 pixel png file.

No, that's nowhere near the required resolution. The ring code scan is also missing. Please read the guidelines properly, there's a reason why I wrote it.
You also didn't answer my question if you're dumping the disc on a PC or a Mac.

If it was 320x240, then I can understand rejecting it, but 1280x720?

What operating system are you using? Windows or Mac? If you have Windows then you should follow the guide.

All discs have a ring code, its by that hole in the middle of the disk. It has text on the front or maybe on the back. Its hard to say, it depends on the disk. If it doesn't have any text then its not an original disk so therefore according to BA policies, it will not get you FTP access but you can still upload it.
