IIRC, the first version in Greek language was Windows 3.1, so I don't think there's a Greek release of Windows 3.0.

There might have been a 3.0, I'm not sure, but Pouliadis definitely release some Greek version of Windows of their own, they are mentioned in SETUP.TXT of Pan-European Windows 95.

IIRC they did release a software to make display language Greek, but that's for 3.1 too actually, only software version 3.0...as for Windows 3.0 Greek, I have no idea.
