MSDN discs list

Is there somewhere a more or less complete list of all existing MSDN discs? If it is, it is hard to find. Also, I have noticed there are different tiers of MSDN. Could someone explain it to me? I have not known about it until 2015, so now I do not know much about it, unfortunately.

Thanks for the link, but it seems to be incomplete. I am aware that MSDN Library discs exist dated starting September 1992 (pre-release disc 1, pre-release disc 2, discs from 3 to 13, the latter dated October 1995, and further, some of these are on FTP). Discs I listed are also found somewhere on Web Archive.

Some lists are in Microsoft MSDN Subscriptions Index discs, these are on FTP from 2001-01 to 2007-12.
For 1998-2000, there are MSDN Index discs you can find in database.
