Re: Contents of the M$ Leak
Almost everything you said here is false. The things that got leaked this week are XP SP1 and Server 2003 RTM. All the other stuff are either from previous leaks or just released things/documents (like DDKs). You listed what's in a torrent made by some random guy, who decided to merge all the Microsoft stuff together.

Oof just found out you are right. Looks like i wasn't paying attention to what's happening in this scene for the past several years due to irl stuff.oscareczek wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 9:17 pmAlmost everything you said here is false. Re: Contents of the M$ Leak
One of the rather amusing finds, is an unreleased theme called "Candy". It's a complete and utter rip off of Apple's Aqua UI from OS X. Clearly this wasn't meant for release, as it's very broken, but it still shows some Windows devs were a bit envious of Steve Jobs' slick OS
Verge article about it here (no leaked files are provided here).

Re: Contents of the M$ Leak
Neither are new, other than having the source code to them, the themes have been part of Whistler builds that have been available for years. The Candy theme is new, as it never made it into any builds that are publicly available.

Re: Contents of the M$ Leak
Is it me or "Candy" has the same Close-Maximize-Minimize buttons, just a bit misaligned?
Re: Contents of the M$ Leak
That is due to the way the theme was forced to run on 2600, it is meant for a much earlier build than that.SigmaTel71 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 27, 2020 12:42 pmIs it me or "Candy" has the same Close-Maximize-Minimize buttons, just a bit misaligned?
