Localized Hebrew MS-DOS (HDOS)

I recently learned that there were localized version of MS-DOS 3.3 and 5.0 in Hebrew.

A member of a facebook group in Israel even have a sealed version of the 3.3 variant.
Do we have it anywhere in the archive? My searches came empty.
I was able to find some mentions in the forums of "MSDN-04-INTL-CD15.iso" maybe having it, but I was not able to find that image in the archive.

We unfortunately don't have these. We only have what's on the MSDN discs, which is just MS-DOS 5.00 drivers for Hebrew and Arabic, but no full DOS.

MS-DOS 3.3 exists but I've never found it anywhere
MS-DOS 5.0 I think there is only the MSDN version (you need to install the English version first), I've never seen a full version

That's unfortunate. I'll try do convince the guy to dump the content for preservation purposes, but my hopes aren't high.
