FileZilla 3.4 problem

I would like to upload my files to releases.betaarchive.com, but when I connect using FileZilla 3.4, it can't be accessed because of wating time out. What am I gonna do?

It works when I'm using Implicit rather than Explicit. Maybe solved.

Yes, implicit mode (require implicit ftp over tls) is required to access the ftp.

What's the folder named "Completed" or "Finished"?

If you mean the folder to tell that you have finished it can be whatever you want I think.
