How can I run GEM/4 independently from Artline 2.0?
Do I have to extract it from there? If so, then how?

Hitchhiker's guide to GEM by Ken Mauro notes that GEM/4 wasn't available as a standalone product. It was only available as a part of other apps. It goes to mention Artline/2, PresTeam/2 and Publish it/3. I would bet there is a version of Ventura in there too.
It also seem to lack the desktop component so it can't really be extracted and GEM/3 desktop doesn't work under it.
