Windows XP Pro Retail SP1 Blue Screen on windows is startup setup

My English is not the best.
I tried this iso on the virtualbox where it says that windows started normally, my installation throws a blue screen:

Try VMWare, with 9.0 compatability.

Did you give it a SATA drive?

Usually SATA drives cause issues with XP so that’s why I asked.

I see the same error on Longhorn builds often, I recommend...
1.what kind of BSoD is it
2.if its 0x7b, you need to change your storage device from ACHI to something else, like PIIX4
