My account has been banned or deleted

Hey,
I don't know what happened but I tried accessing my account yesterday and I was unlucky. Even password reset didn't work... I often use VPN and maybe I've accidentally logged in without turning it off. Are there any chances of getting my FTP access back?

If your account was deleted due to pruning, then unfortunately you're out of luck and will have to start from scratch. Sorry about that.
