Please change some board names

I believe the Mac OS X board's name should be changed to macOS (To represent the new branding), and the iOS board's name should be changed to iOS and iPad OS to represent the recent split!

Mac OS X can mean the new one OR the old one. The new name macOS can only mean the new one. Plus I don't think you can talk about the latest Mac iterations there only the old ones.
