[Request] Microsoft Unified Data Storage Server 2003

Post by SkyeVega405 »

Yet another obscure edition of Windows Server that is difficult to find a copy of.

Unified Data Storage Server 2003 as far as I believe was an OEM only product, and distributed exclusively to Dell. If anyone has a Dell server with a UDSS 2003 disc that wouldn't mind uploading an ISO would be appreciated. Or failing that maybe a VHD file (unactivated to avoid legal issues).

Thanks

This might help a little.. well at least you have a hash/filename for CD4.

CD 1 - Normal Windows Server 2003 (Standard or Enterprise)
CD 2 - R2 Components
CD 3 - SP2
CD 4 - Unified Tools

All you need is CD 4 (First 3 CD's was available on MSDN).

I know how to set up a VM, I was mainly asking that question in case anyone had an old server running it and didn't have a disc, they could just image the Hard Drive to a .VHD file which I could use with VMware.

Hello friend,

Which version do you need - the 32 or the 64-bit one?

If you're referring to ISO's then ideally if you could supply both, however if it's a VHD then just the x86 version will do thanks.

It's downloading now, that's certainly an impressive collection! Nice that it had Systems Management Server 2003 on it aswell, as I was searching today and the only place I could find it was on TPB with only 1 seed that didn't want to work.

I'm assuming it's all gonna work fine so thanks very much!

If you have full file sets of these it would be nice if they got uploaded to us as well, so we can add them to our collections.

Thanks!

Hi mrpijey,

In my personal archive I only have the ISOs for Windows Unified Data Storage Server 2003 Standard Edition 32 and 64-bit versions. Each version contains a set of 4 ISOs and 1 NFO files. It also seems that I have not been careful with these, since files got mixed up on my storage computer, preventing me from uploading them for our colleague who requested these in the first place. So I was only able to give him a torrent file which I got from another board. This torrent contains a large collection of MS Server 2003 derivatives, among which are ISOs for Unified Data Storage Server 2003 Standard and Enterprise versions.

Please check your message box.

Could you share your ISOs here? Maybe we can sort it out.

I am sorting it out right now. As some ISOs are not original it will not be tagged as such, but the release will be put in the -Downloads section. I still question the legitimacy of these files, but I'll put them up for reference.
