IDA Decompiler mpisel

Do you know if there is a mipsel decompiler and especially for psx / PSP? can IDA do it?

btw it's called MIPSEL, not MPISEL...
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA

If you're lucky ghidra will be able to decompile it too

Check some of the PSP development groups/forums/wikis for people who've already done reverse engineering? I don't know how much of the PSP scene hasn't moved on by this point though.
