Does Thai Language Pack for Windows 7 RTM (Build 7600) work on Windows 7 Beta (Build 7000)?

RTM packs don't work 100% correctly on build 7000 without modifications. Even after manually installing all MUI files in one way or another, you still need to modify some strings so they will be correct due to differences between the builds. It's been a while so I don't have exact instructions for this, either way it's probably not worth your time.
Windows Defender for great justice! Bugs are an international trading company. I need to defeat the anti-debugging and obfuscation methods. It wasn't for Intel's absurd ability to load in ie6. Why even waste time with people in an envelope?
