Upload server doesn't let me in

Hi, I want to upload this ISO file: Windows 8.1 Build 9431 Preview Turkish x64. But the server doesn't let me in. Are there errors on the server or wrong details I've entered?
The details I've entered:
Host: releases.betaarchive.com
Port: 50000
Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
User: Upload
Password: Upload

Thanks. I learnt I should use "Require imlicit FTP over TLS" instead.
