[REQUEST]Kerbal Space Programs version between 0.13 to 0.22?

In the FTP server beta section of Kerbal Space Program, there is a big gap between version 0.13.3 to 0.22.0.
Could somebody provide the legacy versions of KSP between these them?

Well, someone did upload the 0.17.0 version of Kerbal Space Program to the FTP, but currently not the other versions between 0.13.3 and 0.22.0.

I just uploaded windows version of 0.20.2 (build of 2013-05-30, actual copy obtained 2013-06-08), hope that gets accepted/helps

I can't seem to find it in the database (https://www.betaarchive.com/database/se ... ce+program), so do you think you could upload it to somewhere like Google Drive and provide a download link there? Also, versions 0.18.4, 0.20.1, and 0.21.1 are now available on the FTP server thanks to LordKappa's contributions. So that means the only versions missing now in the database are the 0.14 to 0.16 releases.
