Windows Vista build 5342 BSOD

Hello! Today I'm at fatal problem, because when I tried install Windows Vista build 5342 or upgrade from Windows XP SP3 after reboot appears a BSOD and stops installing. I'm using VMware Workstation 10. I think the ISO is damaged or I should use other emulator for virtual machines.

I tried Build 5342 on VMware Workstation 10 too,same problem. maybe try Virtualbox out i guess?
Or just change Hardware Compatibility. (try 6.5-7.x and see if you get any luck.)

I've tried compatibility 6.5-7.x and same problem as 10.
I installed this build in Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and works!
Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 is better than VMware Workstation for Windows Vista builds.

I installed this build in Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and works!
Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 is better than VMware Workstation for Windows Vista builds.

great that it works! also im on 8.1 i forgot how to make VP7 work..

i got spsys.sys page_fault_in_nonpaged_area bsod when oobe is finishing.
