I hate to ask, but I was wanting to get a rather large sized upload underway... when I try to connect, I am getting a "invalid home directory." error. I have already tried updating permissions on the FTP servers page.
Odd thing is, when I first tried yesterday, it connected, started transfering one of the files, and then attempts to start the secondary transfer barfed with that error. Tried stopping and reconnecting, but just "invalid home directory." for all connection attempts after that.

Re: invalid home directory
Does it work again? I see you have your personal folder with files in it, so it appears to be working.

Re: invalid home directory
No, same error this morning. It would have created that file(s) during my first attempt the other day, that I cancelled. Nothing but that error since then.
Re: invalid home directory
Please hit the update permissions button again and this should fix the issue. I've made a modification to the update script to fix the problem.

Hmmm. Ok, tried that just now, updated permissions, but I am still getting the "invalid home directory" error when I try to connect.

Same problem here. I've also updated the permissions, as well as IP lock and the password, and I'm still getting invalid home directory.
