As it is Sonic Month 2019 now, lots of new Sonic releases are here. They are already on Hidden Palace, and I hope they deserve a place here! You can also discuss these betas here. Share your findings!
Here are the currently leaked betas:
Sega Multimedia Studio: Sega CD demo (dated 1992-05-29)
Sonic CD (v0.02, dated 1992-12-04)
Sonic CD (v0.28A, dated 1993-05-12)
Sonic CD (v0.51, dated 1993-06-21)
Sonic CD (v0.70, dated 1993-07-12, later copy of beta 712)
Sonic CD (v1.05, dated 1993-08-01, alt copy)
Sonic CD (v1.09, dated 1993-08-06, later copy of beta 806)
Sonic CD (v1.11, dated 1993-08-19)
Sonic CD (v1.15, dated 1993-10-13)
There will be more releases in the future, so I will update this post when new betas arise.
Also, according to the Hidden Palace pages, these are dumped via DiscImageCreator BIN/CUE and have proper scans, so it wouldn't be a problem if I include the scans (?)
So, if someone didn't already uploaded them, can I upload these to the FTP?
EDIT: I found out that some of the scans are JPEG (ugh!) but they are betas, so I probably won't add them. Check the Hidden Palace pages if you are interested. I will add the PNG scans.
UPDATE November 3: The second batch arrived!
The new betas are the following:
Sonic Chaos (dated 1993-05-17, GG beta)
Sonic Chaos (dated 1993-06-30, SMS beta)
Sonic Chaos (dated 1993-07-13, SMS beta)
I will upload these to the FTP as soon as I can!
UPDATE November 10: Here is the third batch. It is actually wrong to call this a "batch" because it is only one game:
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (dated 1992-09-14, MD beta)
I actually uploaded all the aforementioned betas here, they are probably being processed right now.

According to Hidden Palace, the next event at November 16 is nothing to miss.
UPDATE November 17: Here is the final one! And this time a very special guest decided to visit us today...

EDIT: All uploaded! I didn't upload the alt 801 because it is the exact same copy, and I tucked a Sonic 3 beta which is not on the FTP.

these are all new? omg yes, i love sonic betas!! i hope there's an E3 sonic 2006 one too ugh.

I wonder if Hidden Palace have got any builds of Sonic 1 or Sonic 3 (builds that use sprites from Sonic 2)?

Pre-release versions of those games are very elusive, and it would be cool to finally get an authentic build of these Sonic games (especially Sonic 1).

well, there are mega drive protos included, and all the protos of one game is releasing each stream (the next stream and game is on november 2nd)

Sonic CD v0.02 contains a CDDA version of Palmtree Panic Past, which makes it the best Sonic beta of all time.

It was Sonic Chaos Prototypes. I was hoping for Sonic 1 Betas or Sonic 2 Betas maybe next week. Nice fine DRX.

Asking out of curiosity, I have uploaded all betas here, but I can't see them yet. Is there something gone wrong on the process?

If you uploaded to the FTP, it's not an automated process. Once an admin reviews the files (and renames/sorts accordingly), they'll be visible.
