I know that previously all of them could be requested via nahotfx@microsoft.com, but now it's impossible...
Sadly, FDV pack only includes Q872952, Q280334 and Q326643

You could at one point request that hotfix from the Microsoft Knowledge Base (it was an on-demand download). I have this saved but unfortunately, only in German. The relevant filenames are:

Have you checked the Microsoft Catalog? It has updates dating back to 98 sometimes.

OK... I have accidentally found the most of updates from the list on some custom NT 4.0 Server "SP7" installation image. I compared files by size and version with values mentioned in according knowledge base articles (at Wayback Machine and Jeffpar.io). They are equal.
