Because it's an actual full retail game with a non-branded OEM tag on it, not some random shovelware. I have over 50 different builds of Cyberlink PowerDVD and Nero Burning ROM among others... We won't accept any shovelware anymore. There are of course exceptions, Cyberlink PowerDVD is not one of them.
