I have this ready to upload if anybody thinks it's suitable.
I only question this because from what I can see there aren't any NetOp products on the BA FTP server.
Seems it supports Windows 2000, NT, 98, 95 and 3.1x
Interestingly using this I have been able to remote control my Windows 3.11 machine running the NetOp Host found on this CD, from a Windows 10 machine running NetOp Remote Control Guest 11.12
