Its like i can say and contribute something, and i feel i really have, but i don't understand where to start?

First and foremost, this is a beta and abandonware site, not a custom projects site or generic game site.

No, we don't deal with home made projects, only betas and abandonware of official retail software.

Depends on what you release. If you want to release your custom stuff then no, but if you want to contribute a beta or abandonware it should be fine, as long as the rules and guidelines are followed for acceptable software and how to prepare the software for upload.
