Why and how Windows 8.1 Milestone Preview build 9428 is fake? This screenshot look alike real.

The build tag on the 9428 screenshot says: Windows 8.1 Milestone Preview.

Real builds say: "Windows 8.1 Preview" or "Windows 8.1 Pro Preview" in the case of the pro version.

I must admit, this screenshot looks very impressive for a fake.

Because when yes you see they are unconfirmed because it's not sure because there are less proofs at the moment.
