I know that Windows XP Professional x64 Edition was never released in Polish version (there is a fan-made translation though).

But in what languages, other than English, was it released?

There seems to be a Japanese version available but that's it. The same goes for Windows Server 2003 x64, despite the 32-bit version being available in many more languages.

I don't think this screenshot thinks the same:

This is Server 2003 R2, which came out after XP x64. I was talking about R1, which was released before.

None at all, because you were supposed to use MUI packages to translate the English Windows XP x64 to the target language. There are no localized versions of Windows XP x64 whatsoever.

Normally MS keeps the same translations to a specific product, e.g. MS will keep translations to es-es, pt-br, de-de and ko-kr nevermind if it's SP1, SP2 or even R1 or R2, nor will them add any hard-coded languages updates later (e.g. they won't add nl-nl in R2 without a MUI pack)(Note that is an example, nl-nl was already there since 2k3 RTM)

As 3155ffGd has stated, you were supposed to use some language pack, like this one, which btw has most of the languages Server x64 was released in. This way you can run XP x64 in your native language.
