[REQ] WUGNET System Engineer
I'm looking for any version of WUGNET System Engineer. It was an Windows 3.1 tweaking tool, apparently the first of it's kind. System Engineer's documentation was later released in the official Windows Resource Kit. I found a screenshot of it in the book InfoWorld Windows 3.1 Configuration Secrets.
