Dated 21st October 1997. Much like builds 1602 and 1619, this one also features some errors at the final stage of setup, but it finishes successfully anyway and it works.
I was searching for this 1614 for quite some time right now, I knew somebody who had it, I tried to contact him but he never responded. Thank God it's now up. Thanks for offering.
