How to enable DCE on Windows Longhorn 4008

Hi all, I downloaded the Windows Longhorn build 4008 But I do not know how to open DCE, can you help. Thanks

Actually DCE is broken in 4008, so you may want to try 4011 or 4015 if you want to enable DCE. Also, keep in mind that you will need to install graphics driver in order to get DCE fired up.

I installed Windows Longhorn 4011 and installed the graphics driver but DCE does not start

Back in the day I used this little app from the DarkSide Project, I believe it worked on several LH builds but not sure about those before 4074.

I tried opening dwm in Windows Longhorn 4042 and 4066, and I also believe that DWM is also in Windows Longhorn 4093
