I can upload Microsoft Windows 3.1 in Spanish (Dell). There are 8 floppies. It's OK to upload to the FTP?
How can I know the version number of this release?

For the full version number (including the build number), in Windows 3.1, look at the VS_VERSION_INFO table of USER.EXE (should be around the end of the file, but preferably use a resource editor).

eXeScope says that is version 3.10.0.103, which is the same for the other two languages (English and Swedish) that are on the FTP according BetaArchive Release Database.
Do you know where can I get in my release the date that appears in the name of the files?

Those dates are the file dates on the floppy.
