I know Ray Qzzie have Windows 1.0 Beta and Windows 1.0 Premiere Edition SDK Kits. I Download a Windows 1.0 Premiere Edition SDK Hello World program on his website. In Windows 1.0 Beta they move rest windows file to separate SDK Kit. Charles Petzold might have Windows 1.0 Premiere Edition SDK because he have Windows 1.0 Premiere Edition Hello World Program on he website. Did anybody contract Ray Ozzie for rest of Windows 1.0 Beta and Windows 1.0 Premiere Edition SDK Kits files.
