Help! Windows Longhorn 3683 iso modifications

Hi guys ^^ I'm new here so excuse me if i'm nervous. :$
I have a question about modifying a Windows Longhorn iso, i wanted to change evaluation and version so i can slipstream SP1 into it for fun. But where is the file to edit that contains the evaluation build or whatever it is 8-)

There will be no slipstreaming of service packs to longhorn.
Loading the hive setupreg.hiv in registry is where to start with changing the evaluation time, but I know not what key it's located under.
