Archive user stats frozen

For the time being the archive user stats displayed on the website is being frozen. So if you contributed to the FTP and don't see your stats being updated, don't worry.

I've been working hard on recoding the release management scripts and reshuffling some the FTP structure which unfortunately broke the stats script. Instead of spending time fixing the stats code I will focus on getting the new script, which includes new and better statistics, working to replace it. But until that new script is finished the user stats will be frozen.
