I can't afford it but if someone can, this might be interesting.

TheSpiritingPoet,
Probably about time I grew up and was active around here.

(Image was to go here, I don't have it... 20/1/23 - still don't have it)

260€? No way anyone is going to put up that much money for it...

I can dump it though, if anyone has some spare change and wants a proper KryoFlux dump + Scans. Might even save on shipping if it doesn't have to be shipped outside of Germany ;-)
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA

This is apparently a Microsoft OEM of Microrim R:Base 5000. It was only sold in European markets.

It's still not on the FTP or anywhere I can (be bothered to) find. The listing won't go down until somebody buys it.

Even though it's rare, he/she will have a hard time selling it for that price.

I doubt they'll allow offers below 200€. I don't know if shipping is free in Germany but not to where I live. Plus, anyone who lives outside the EU couldn't even get this shipped to them as the seller only posts to the EU.
"New and Sealed" doesn't mean much when it's well above asking price.

I assume 260€ is vastly overpriced, even for a sealed copy?

Meanwhile, I found this. Listed is the Microsoft RBase 4000.

If that link is taking me to the right place, that is just a reseller (1-800-Software, Inc.) that sold both Microrim and Microsoft software.

At any rate, based on similar items I have seen on eBay I'd think around $75 US dollars would be a reasonable asking price. However I have seen some similar Microsoft products with those clear plastic cases in unopened condition get bid up to absurd amounts.
