Today, I went on to Filezilla Task Manager to release two of my .7z files in my user folder until I receive this error message:

Is their something wrong that I did since I followed every step of how to release a file?

You can't login with a personal username and password because you have no personal account on the FTP.
You didn't follow every step. Check the server page for proper login credential for uploads.
