can you rip the turkish 98 SE with defects please, upload it somewhere and post (or send me a PM with) the link ?
If the iso header is not broken, it is often possible to repair the image.
I can not promise anything, but a try is worth it.

maybe it is this iso (type 115 OEM full bootable)
