Does anyone have some Windows ME Recovery CD's for the HP Pavilion 6735? If so, upload it to MEGA.nz or Google Drive, I do NOT have FTP Access. Thanks!

Try the HP Pavilion 7855 Win ME Recovery Disc on archive.org. It looks non specific to any particular model and should hopefully work fine.

Bummer! I was going to suggest trying the xe783 disc from betaarchive's archive.org recovery collection, but that probably wouldn't work either.
By 'make a few changes' do you mean slipstreaming drivers and editing configs or something else?
