Does the archive has cod4 build 328 already?

Yes it does have the March 28 2007 build.

Edit: March 28 2007 build is a COD5 one, not MW1.

Modern Warfare 1 has build numbers, World at War/COD5 doesn't.

No, it does not, you can submit it to the ftp, create a folder under your username though so you get credit for it. Follow the submit guide under the ftp guidelines.

I spoke to riley(the guy with all the cod alphas) about this and he said his friend made new ones which he was going to give me later. unsure how he made them though.
