[REQUEST] Stardock Object Desktop/Association Wizard/etc.

Looking for old versions of Object Desktop, IconPackager, and Windowblinds that run on Win9x and its contemporaries. Versions from then were available for Win9x, Win2k, and OS/2 Warp from what I can tell, and that stuff isn't available in any way/shape/form these days. Kinda strikes me as odd that almost nothing from Stardock is on the FTP.

In a perfect world I'd have every major release of each app/applet, but specifically I am looking for the "Association Wizard" tool that came in these older versions for Win9x, see here: https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/aw.html

I'd done some research years ago and I believe that IconPackager 4.2 and Windowblinds 4.6 were the latest 9x-compatible versions of those two pieces of software.

I actually submitted a support ticket to Stardock years ago asking about Association Wizard, offering to still pay whatever retail was for it, and actually got a reply. They (unfortunately) no longer even have a copy of this themselves:
