Hi,
So i have recently downloaded VMware Workstation Pro 12 Tech Prev 2015 and i wanted to install Windows Server 2016 Tech Prev 3 (10514). So i changed the BIOS to 2015 and then install it. The install goes fine until i have to reboot. Then, this is where the problems start. I changed the date back to 2015, then right after, it auto resets, wich makes the VM give me the Error Screen :
So, i wanted to know, is there a way i could fix/stop VMware from auto-resting the BIOS date ?
Thanks,

Turn off time sync in the settings. Also, don't install VMWare Tools.

VMware syncs time every time you start the VM. I don't think there is anything you can do to avoid that. You can disable time sync for most actions like suspend, resume, etc. via the VMX file as described here but you can not disable the "on power on" time sync.
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA
