I am looking for original .EXE files of Windows for Workgroups 3.11 (Russian) and Windows 3.1 (Russian) from MSDN.
Files are:

Have you checked the MSDN discs on the FTP? I know there are lots, but there are index discs too which might help, although I admittedly don't know how to understand the query results.

I found that /(Misc) Compilations/PC/Microsoft MSDN Platform Archive/1998-01 - 01 - MS-DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11 and WFW 3.11 appears to contain these products, but not in the .exe format, just one directory per product, so I'm not sure if this is helpful.
