Two-Factor Authentication Support

Post by WATERMELONS10 »

Is the staff at BA considering implementing Two-Factor Authentication for logging into the forums? This would be very nice, especially since someone can misuse your FTP server credentials if they maliciously get access to your forum account.

I'd question whether BA really needs it. Nothing of value is held on the forums, our password complexity requirements are pretty high. And outside of that i'm not aware of PHPBB supporting 2FA without heavy modding to core files which Andy won't do.

No we're not. If you're worried, use a different email address and password (though I would hope you're doing this anyway).
