Error during Chicago build 275 setup

When I try to install Windows Chicago build 275, it always gives me this error:

You can use Battler's chicakey utility to get a valid beta site id/password for this build, because this error is related to the wrong beta site id/password. And 2GB of HDD space might be too big for such build.

Where did you get the media for this beta? It might be corrupted as the wizard says. Try getting the ISO or other image file from another source.
