KB4025338 Slipstreaming not working

When trying to update a offline windows 10 RTM image with kb4025338, it seems to be working. But it's over in a flash, so i looked at the installed packages, and don't see it anywhere in the list. Does anyone know why i can't integrate the update?

Here is what i did using Dism:
