Someone from MS is going to leak 4050?

I don't know if this will be leaked but on Christmas someone from MS leaks a Windows Build. This happens every year!

Yep, I think you're right. On the 24th, MS will leak 4050, and on the 25th they'll just open their build archives for everyone. Not. Quite frankly, I have no idea where you even got the idea that MS does Christmas leaks.

1. I'm not sure what 4050 you're referring to, as there are various compiles. One is the October 22 demo at PDC 2003 that was just beautiful. There are even other private builds from October 13, 18, 19, and 20. There is also an idx02 build from September 28, 2003. So I'm not sure what build you want, but it will likely be the first one. Even if you were to get it, the Aero theme files are super confidential IIRC.
2. All 4050 builds, excluding the idx02 build, are private demonstration builds, which usually never get leaked and almost never get outside of MS. And private is in the build tag for a reason. About 4 years ago, I emailed MS wanting the 4050 amazon build, but they didn't even know what I wanted.

It appears to be a tradition: the more people ask for builds, the less likely they are to leak. It's best just to wait until something, even if it is not the full build, leaks.

Consider the fact that service representatives are not intimately familiar with every brainstormed idea or compile generated at Microsoft, and that even if they did know, they sure as heck aren't allowed to tell you. Contacting Microsoft is a fool's errand.

This topic is pointless. Microsoft themselves will not leak anything like this, and if someone connected to Microsoft will is pure speculation and therefore pointless.
