I have the long lost Windows Server Appliance Kit for Windows Server 2003. I believe this would convert the installation into a "Windows Powered" installation with more features when slip streamed. The file was not distributed via CD so there is not a physical media for it.

I wasn't aware that there was a SAK for 2003. I had only assumed it existed for 2000, to make Windows Powered installation images. I don't know if we have this on the FTP or not, so I'd recommend uploading it.
