That first one is a demo, probably a slide show. And that second one is a "working model", which means a running program with critical functionality, such as saving, removed.

A tad pricey for just disks without manuals, and they look slightly bent too.

On the other hand, I don't believe those are archived anywhere.

the 2nd one is factory sealed, idk if you'd want to go about opening that up
