(REQUEST) Windows Server 2003 SP1 Beta Build 5.2.3790.1247

Post by Windows Thunderstruck »

I found a build of Windows 2003 SP1 on The Collection Book
The build number is 5.2.3790.1247 and it's from October 2004
I couldn't find this build anywhere on the FTP.
It does exist, as I have seen screenshots if this service pack build
Can someone please give me a download link for this specfic build please?
The Collection Book also has a Server 2K3 R2 build numbered 3790.2049. Can someone please give me a link for that one as well? As that build is also not on the FTP

Given the checked/debug version of those builds, I think you might want to check the October 2004 MSDN compilations to see if it is there.
Pseudo-localized builds are awesome!

Sorry if I am a bit late, but can you contact Rob Jansen and see if he has Server 2K3 SP1 5.2.3790.1247 and R2 5.2.3790.2049?
I tried PMing him about some Win2K builds but he never responded

So you're basically asking for unleaked builds, and expect it to work?

If the build is there, on The Collection Book. Then it is leaked.
Builds like LH 5098 and ME 2368 would never be listed on The Collection Book. Because those ones have not leaked yet.
You must of read the Win2K section of my last post. I wasn't asking for any NT5/W2K builds.
What I was asking for was a Win2K3 service pack 1 build and 2K3 R2 build 2049
The build strings are
5.2.3790.1247 (dnsrv_idx02.041011-1313) for the 2K3 SP1 build
Win2K3 R2 RC1
5.2.3790.2049 (dnsrv_r2_rc1.051008-1710)
When I was talking about Win2K builds, I was looking for advice how to turn folders into ISOs without file copy errors.

There were cases when privately leaked builds were publicly displayed on TCB before they were removed.

So both Server 2003 builds are actually not even leaked then?

I don't know, I'm just saying that there were cases before when an unleaked/in limited circulation build was listed, but got removed after attention was brought to it. It could also be freely available online but apparently no one but TCB staff know where.
