Yes it's real. And we might even have it if we knew the Technet disc number (which is printed on the disc but outside of the photo in the ad).

Use Google, please. 5112 is beta 1 and was in x86 and x64 versions.
Edit: The TechNet version is probably identical to the one released by MS, but might have some developer tools.
