Be advised Solaris 2.6 does not play well with VMs without some addtional work. See this article: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/solaris-2-5 ... ntel-cpus/. Even so, I've never managed to get it to install in VirtualBox. It hangs during the install process (with no error I could see).

BTW, Solaris 2.6 (x86) is on the FTP, I should know because I uploaded it :) I got very lucky and snagged a copy on eBay a while back.

EDIT: Ignore the above, I see you're actually looking for Solaris 7 (x86). It is also on the FTP, get yourself access, and there you go. It doesn't appear to have the same VM problems too, which is nice.
EDIT 2: Or maybe you're not? I missed your first reply apparently. In any case, they're both there.
