How can I fix this problem, I can only use VGA driver

Yeah, it used to look like that in the Italian RTM (but not in beta versions, if I remember correctly).
I've always wondered why.

It comes only with Build 499 German from Dirk out, the other languages don't have this Problem.

Nobody prevents you from making one? Unless you consider a different Start bitmap to be a showstopper.

I think it works. I used Virtualbox for the VBE9x, but it should work in VMWare.

Or use 86Box. Windows 95 detects and supports a lot of the cards emulated by 86Box out of the box.

The ROM structure is different than PCem's as of these days, go to irc.rol.im for more information.
