How can I fix this problem, I can only use VGA driver

Yeah, it used to look like that in the Italian RTM (but not in beta versions, if I remember correctly).
I've always wondered why.

it's also in some 2xx or perhaps 3xx builds IIRC. I could be wrong though.

It comes only with Build 499 German from Dirk out, the other languages don't have this Problem.

OSR 2 and 2.5 haven't got this problem, you could use those instead.

Nobody prevents you from making one? Unless you consider a different Start bitmap to be a showstopper.
