I acquired this from Yahoo Auctions! Japan almost a month ago, dumped them when they arrived and finally got around to scanning and uploading.
I uploaded this to the Internet Archive due to it being ineligible for the BA FTP, you can read more about it and download there as it's really rather interesting. (TL;DR: crypted i386 directory on the NT 4 CD, but PC-98 and PPC install files are not encrypted; CD 1's emulated boot floppy image has both MS-DOS 7.x and DOS/V 7.x)
